This week, I take a step back to look forward. I hosted a health and longevity podcast, Generation Bold, The Fountain of Truth About Aging, for years. This week, I am reprising my interview with Elizabeth Parrish, dubbed Patient Zero. Elizabeth was the first person to travel to Colombia to undergo gene therapy for age reversal.

The reprise was inspired by my trip to Las Vegas this week to attend RAADFEST, the conference on age extension. I will be reporting in the weeks to come on developments to become more Ageless, vibrant, and disease-free.
