I’m feeling the need for more face-to-face contact. I spend so much time at Zoom meetings that I wonder what a human being looks like from the waist down. How about you? Is it time for more human contact? I have a great idea we can pursue together!
Let’s explore travel coaching. It’s a perfect way to meet people, make money, and feed your desire to help people travel. As a Travel Coach, clients rely on you to help them select the best trips. I am recruiting for the first Ageless Traveler Coaching Consortium through the renowned organization, The Travel Coach Network. Travel coaching helps you defray travel costs, earn extra dollars, and even build a large future income stream after retirement or well before.
On our usual segments, we continue of focus on England and more:
Ask Adriane: Travel Health Challenge, Join the Superage Games
News You Can Use: Airline News, good and bad
Culture Vulture: Online Courses on British Grand Homes
Luxury Travel For Less: Walking The King Charles III England Coast Path
On this week’s podcast, we experience life at England’s grand homes and castles with Viscountess Violet Garnock, founder of HeritageXplore. Be an insider at the homes on which Downton Abbey and Bridgerton are based. The Viscountess offers four-day sojourns at these homes, hosted by the royals who own them. Put on your gown and black tie and listen to the truth behind such grand living.
Never stop traveling
Cheers,
Adriane
P.S. Airlines are charging much more for your luggage. Here are two workarounds:
#1. Bypass the airline. Check out our discounts on Luggage Free, which ships your luggage to cruise ships, guest houses, or any destination.
Or #2. pack light with Tripped… my favorite packing cases that turn carry-ons into giant suitcases.
P.P.S. Something New:
If Africa or Morocco has been whispering your name, don’t ignore it. I’m personally curating two extraordinary journeys—one to Kenya with Ronick Tours and one to Morocco with Sahari Tours—designed specifically for Ageless Travelers who want depth, comfort, and a little magic.
Spots will be very limited. If you even have a flicker of interest, reply here and write or say “AFRICA” or “MOROCCO.” I’ll send you dates, pricing, and first access before we open this publicly.

Culture Vulturing Around the World
Ever wanted to study at Oxford? You can do so online. Oxford online learning includes a 10-week course that explores the culture of the English country house, its architectural forms, furnishings, and artistic manifestations of taste as an expression of power and influence.
LEARN FOR PLEASURE offers an online course for 150 British pounds; registration starts 20th April 2026, and the course begins 21st September 2026 and lasts 12 weeks. It covers the impact of the Grand Tour on today’s travel, and all you ever wanted to know about Tudor, Victorian, landscapes, and the mixed fortunes of the English country house.
TIP—If you would like to read the books assigned for these courses, check out:
#1. Start at the Scottish border to see Bamburgh Castle overlooking a windswept beach, the storybook charm of Whitby, and the spectacle of seabird colonies at Bempton Cliffs, where puffins and gannets put on a show.
#2. Move south to pass seaside towns like Skegness before reaching East Anglia’s wild coastline. At Horsey Gap and Donna Nook, thousands of Atlantic gray seals gather each autumn to give birth. Keep going to the seaside pleasures of Whitstable (bring your appetite for oysters), the artsy revival of Margate, and the jaw-dropping sweep of the White Cliffs of Dover before landing in Brighton for antiquing.
#3. Then comes the grand finale: England’s southwestern edge. I did this… don’t look down! The path hugs the cliffs of the Jurassic Coast, where you can hunt for fossils before curving into Cornwall’s wild beauty. Here you’ll find the breathtaking Minack Theatre carved into the rocks and the tidal wonder of St. Michael’s Mount, reachable on foot only when the sea cooperates.
Here’s a must-do tip from one of the outstanding members of the Age Wise Collective to which I belong:
Join gerontologist Sally Duplantier for Wellness Wednesdays to learn practical, evidence-based ways to support healthy aging.
These programs are free to The Ageless Travelers and are also recorded in case you can’t attend in real time.
