Ginger Tea

Use a 1-inch piece of ginger per 8-ounce cup

No need to peel the ginger, just rinse it and slice it thinly

Combine the ginger slices and 8 ounces of water in a small saucepan.

Simmer for 5 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavor.

Add honey and cloves to taste.

You can also add a bag of your favorite black tea to the ginger , as well.
