Meet the Man Behind the Mic: Lee Huffman
Lee Huffman’s story is as inspiring as it is relatable. After over 20 years in banking and financial services, where he crafted business plans and financial documents, Lee made a bold move in 2018 to become a full-time freelance writer.
Like many of us, he craved the freedom to spend more quality time with his family and escape the corporate grind.
But Lee’s journey didn’t start there. Back in 2012, he launched BaldThoughts.com, a blog dedicated to smart consumer spending and money-saving tips. Lee is still writing on financial topics and you can find some of his hints and tips on travel, credit cards, loyalty programs come banking and real estate on my portfolio page.
After relocating from pricey Southern California to more affordable Nashville, he expanded his horizons with We Travel There. Now, with over over 200 destination guides covering cities on every continent, Lee is always on the lookout for new guests to share their local secrets.
